Sadly, Windows 7 doesn’t have an easy “reset everything” button that you can use to reset the ClearType settings to their defaults with one click.

How can I get my old ClearType settings back?” I’m not sure what I did wrong, but now the text on the screen looks greenish/bluish. “I tried using the ClearType Tuner in Windows 7 to change my computer’s text display settings.
